    Kyle is a mechanical engineer with more than 15 years of experience in aerospace manufacturing, flight simulation, and training systems. Kyle has been with Bugeye Technologies since 2015 and held roles as quality manager, manufacturing engineer , and production manager prior to serving as the VP of Business Development. Kyle’s in-depth knowledge of Bugeye’s operations allows him to better understand how Bugeye can meet customers’ requirements.

    Marty is former President and CEO of Distribution Control Systems, Inc. (DCSI), in St. Louis, MO, a subsidiary of ESCO Technologies, where he held various management positions. From 2000 to 2006, he was President and spearheaded growth in annual company sales from $25M to $120M. Marty provides guidance to Bugeye in the areas of finance, planning and customer base expansion while preparing Bugeye to meet market demand and future growth.

    Vice President of Engineering

    Adam is a mechanical engineer with over 10 years of experience in flight simulation and training systems. Adam has been intimately involved with nearly all of Bugeye’s design efforts since he joined Bugeye in 2010. He works with a team of talented designers and draftsmen to rapidly develop even the most complex simulation solutions.

  • Mike Mirth

    Mike Mirth
    Director of Business Development

    With Bugeye since 2020, Mike brings over 30 years of experience with Boeing, where he held management positions in manufacturing engineering, production control, and material and procurement. When Mike left Boeing, he was responsible for a multi-disciplined work force of over a hundred employees producing flight simulators of various platforms and delivering to sites around the world.

    Post Boeing, Mike worked for Seyer Industries developing a mil-spec electrical assembly operation supporting flight critical, ground support equipment, and other programs.

  • Josh Butler

    Director of Manufacturing and Material Management

    Josh is a mechanical engineer with over 10 years of experience in aerospace manufacturing and flight simulation training systems. Josh joined Bugeye in 2015 and has served as a mechanical engineer and program manager prior to serving as Director of Manufacturing and Material Management. In this role, Josh is responsible for Bugeye’s from the design cycle through the completion of testing.

    John has over 20 years of experience in quality management in aerospace manufacturing, flight simulation, and training systems. John is a certified AS9100 and ISO 9001 lead auditor. He has a passion for ensuring high-quality products and processes and he is the consummate professional when it comes to resolving issues with both vendors and customers alike.
