Highest quality components and prototypes – manufactured in-house.

Bugeye manufactures its simulation-grade cockpit components, and custom parts for industrial applications, in-house using our state-of-the-art SLS (selective laser sintering) 3D printer and Polyjet 3D printer.

Additive-manufactured parts weigh less than metal or plastic parts – making 3D printing an ideal choice where strength is needed without the cost of machined metal parts. And, because we oversee the entire process start-to-finish, you save on added shipping / third-party vendor costs.

Post-printing processing

Once the parts are printed, we then process them to remove rough surfaces, support structures, etc. to ensure they conform to specifications – as well as look and feel good, too.

In addition, we can process many SAE and military specifications, including Night Vision Imaging Systems (NVIS) backlit design and testing SAE AS-7788 and MIL-P-7788.
