Bugeye Technologies Announces Leadership Transitions

Union, Missouri, March 9th, 2022 – Bugeye Technologies, Inc.  (Bugeye), a leading manufacturer of military simulation hardware, today announced the following leadership transitions, effective March 9th 2022:

  • President Martin Kaiser appointed CEO/CFO.
  • Vice President of Business Development Kyle Zick appointed President. 

“On behalf of the Board of Directors,  it is my pleasure to announce Kyle Zick has been promoted to President of Bugeye Technologies, Inc.  Since joining Bugeye in 2015, Kyle has held various key management and leadership positions, most recently as Vice President of Business Development.   Under Kyle’s leadership, we look forward to what the future has in store for Bugeye.  Kyle’s in-depth knowledge of Bugeye’s operations and customers will allow him to effectively lead the team to new heights.” said Kaiser.  

Zick said, “I’m honored that Marty and the rest of the Board of Directors have entrusted me with the opportunity to serve as president of Bugeye.  I’m also humbled by the immense responsibility to carry out our mission of protecting and supporting the lives of our soldiers, sailors, and airmen.”

About Martin Kaiser:

Prior to joining Bugeye during the start-up phase in 2007, Marty was the President and CEO of Distribution Control Systems, Inc. (DCSI), a subsidiary of ESCO Technologies, where he held various management positions. During his tenure as President, annual company sales grew from $25M to $120M. Marty also spent four years in public accounting as a CPA.  He has a B. S. degree – Accounting from Missouri State University. Marty provides guidance to Bugeye in the areas of finance and strategic planning while preparing Bugeye to meet market demand and future growth.

About Kyle Zick:

Kyle joined  Bugeye  2015 and held various key management positions including serving as the VP of Business Development.  Prior to his time at Bugeye Technologies, Kyle has held various leadership positions at LMI Aerospace in aerospace manufacturing  and Kiewit Power Constructors.  Kyle has a Mechanical Engineering degree from University of Missouri – Columbia
